Finished uni!

If anyone is watching this blog, you may have noticed that I haven't updated in a very long time!! I have been very busy working on my film, and didn't have any time to draw anything else. The film is now completed, and there are things that i'm not happy with because I couldn't spend as much time on it as I liked, but overall I am pretty proud of my efforts! It managed to make it onto the shortlist, though it didn't win anything on the industry night! (It was up against some pretty amazing films though, so i'm not that surprised!)

The film won't be going online for a while yet. I am thinking about entering it into a few festivals first, so we'll see what happens!

I've recently begun to draw (and animate) for myself again, so a few things that I have done will creep up on here within the next hour or so!

Crossing the stream

Another piece of concept art for my film! In this piece the little girl is trying to cross a stream to get to the dog. I imagine this section of the film as the first clue that the little girl is dead. Mainly because in some mythology you have to cross a river to get to the underworld, e.g the river Styx
